Art History Technique & Skills Vine Compressed Pencil Charcoal Drawing Worksheet

Charcoal Art History and Techniques — Let's take a quick look at charcoal and how it was used in art history, types of charcoal and then practice some techniques for using charcoal as a medium. This is a great intro and warm up before you jump into a lesson/final project. I always practice first, it makes student drawing much better if they get some skills down first before just scribbling with the charcoal.
